Adrien Nieto, MasterChef from Season 2, will provide a flavorful recipe with Indian notes that’s paired perfectly with the champagne. Make the dish ahead of time or order from your favorite Indian take-out as an additional option.
Musicians, like restaurants, are hard-hit from the virus’ impact. At the tasting, we’re thrilled to welcome Dallas born and raised singer-songwriter, Ryan Berg, who combines elements of blues and soul with intimate acoustic-driven performances and will play throughout our time together providing some much-needed ambience.
Best of all, we’ll be joined by Julien Tixier, the winemaker himself, from Andre TIXIER & Fils in France!
He’ll walk us through the caves and talk about the last harvest and the wines currently aging to perfection.
