Champagne makes Mondays that much easier! Join Stephan Pyles Flora Street Café at HALL Arts and special guest David Aferiat, Owner of Avid Vines, for a four-course champagne dinner on Monday, August 19, 2019. This special evening will feature champagnes imported by David Aferiat of Avid Vines and will be expertly paired with an incredible four-course menu created by Chef Stephan Pyles and Chef de Cuisine Ross Demers.

AVID Vines was created to make clean and exceptional champagnes accessible to everyone. The company sources the very best organic and biodynamic wines from owner-growers. David Aferiat, a Dallas-native and SMU graduate, started the importing company in 2018.

This unforgettable champagne dinner is $150 per person plus tax and gratuity. The seated dinner will begin at 7:00 PM after a champagne reception which will begin at 6:30 PM.
