A Champagne Tasting on New Year’s Eve. Really? Yes, a bit bold, but we think there’s no better way to shake your fist at the pandemic or 2020 in general. Since big celebrations are not the rule this time, let’s take the evening for what it is meant to be: an experience with friends and loved ones shared over organic, sustainable champagne + great food + amazing music. (Bonus authenticity: At the precise hour of our event, we’ll ring in the New Year with Paris and Reims in Champagne!)

Together, we’ll raise our glasses to 2021 with André TIXIER & Fils Premier Cru Brut Rosé paired with Noshing Boards from premiere chefs in three different cities who create edible art!

Dallas: Chefs Jennie Kelley and Adrien Nieto met on Season 2 of MasterChef and are combining their artistic talents to provide a beautiful and bountiful Noshing Board full of homemade jams, meats, cheeses, vegetables, and more. Delivery available. Order here.

The Experience
Once your orders are placed, we will automatically send you your own personal Zoom link so you can log on and engage in a fun, approachable experience with artists in wine, food and music or you can sign up yourself.

THE ARTISTS

Chefs Jennie Kelley and Adrien Nieto will join us to share their tasting notes on how the flavors of the Noshing Boards pair with the champagne.

Heather Queen, The Queen of Grapes, Dallas, TX, is, quite simply, as bubbly as the champagne she drinks every single day. Heather shares her expertise and tasting notes without pretense to help others get the most out of every sip. You’ll love her down to earth, straight-shooting approach. She is a Certified Sommelier/WSET Level 3 with 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in Dallas, Atlanta, and Newport Beach/Laguna Beach, California.  

Singer/Songwriter Daniel Hunter Jones, a veteran of American Idol and The Voice, will perform live throughout our time together, treating us to his music inspired by the emotional experience of those high-profile competitions.

And I’ll be there to catch the corks flying and conduct the celebration!
