For the first time in our ongoing tasting series, we’re featuring André TIXIER & Fils Premier Cru Brut Chardonnay. It uses the name of the grape varietal instead of the traditional term, Blanc de Blanc – just the initial indication that this glossy champagne makes an unforgettable first impression.

The Chef & Her Gourmet Cuisine
Chef Jennie Kelley, Dallas, TX, a culinary artist, is treating us to her original and outstanding dish that qualified her for Season 2 of MasterChef: Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese! She will join us to share her tasting notes on how this magical dish pairs with the champagne.

The Musician
We buried the headline! Singer/Songwriter Daniel Hunter Jones, a veteran of American Idol and The Voice, will join us with a live performance of his music inspired by the emotional experience of those high-profile competitions. We’ll open the Zoom early the day of the tasting to enjoy Daniel’s music!

Julien Tixier, the winemaker himself, from Andre TIXIER & Fils, will also visit us all the way from France! He’ll walk us through the caves and talk about the harvest and the wines currently aging to perfection.
